About "Love Is The Reason"

Hello and welcome.  My name is Sue Carey and I would like to introduce you to my production company, Love Is The Reason.  We are a company full of passion, love and a tremendous amount of heart. 

Those of you who are familiar with the music industry know that it is one of the most difficult businesses in the world to be successful in, let alone be able to make a living.  So why get into it?  Love.  Love is the reason.  I have a passion and a need to compose and write from the depths of my soul and have those works do and say something meaningful.  When you visit my works gallery and read about the productions, you will quickly see that they all have a truly deeper purpose.

For instance, Africa Plumbridge, our wonderful theatrical musical, is about the plight of homeless and abuse children.  It is a true story, based on my life with our adopted daughter, Africa.  My reason for writing Africa Plumbridge was to create awareness for these children and hopefully make a difference in their lives. 

Johnny Marine is my CD single thanking all our servicemen for their bravery and sacrifice protecting our beautiful country and the people that live in it.  Again, this came from my own experience with my stepson, John Carey. who serve in the first Gulf War. 

Music has always been a part of my life.  It has been and always will be a way for me to connect and help those who need it the most.  Thank you for learning about me and my company, I hope it will inspire you to do what you love and make a difference in your own life and other's.
